What this shop stores about you, why it stores it, and how to get rid of it.
When you create an account: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and delivery address.
When you order: the delivery address you entered and what you bought. Payment is cash on delivery, so no card details ever reach us.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, and nothing else.
When you message us: whatever you write, plus the contact details you give so we can reply.
Your bag and your wishlist are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them, and we cannot see them.
Deliver your orders, answer your messages, and — only if you asked for it — send the newsletter.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the courier who has to deliver your parcel.
Email hello@aurelynbeauty.in and ask. We will delete your account and personal details, keeping only what tax law requires us to keep about completed orders.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
