An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline one — for example if a product turns out to be out of stock, or if the delivery address is outside the area we serve.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. We price every order on our own server at the moment you place it, so the price you are charged is the price shown then.
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here treats or cures a condition. If your skin is reacting badly to something, stop using it and see a dermatologist.
Patch test anything new. Ingredient lists are printed on every pack and shown on every product page — read them if you have known allergies.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently.
