Skincare is personal, and something that suits one person will not suit the next. Here is what happens when it does not work out.
You can raise a return within 7 days of delivery.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned for any reason at all — you do not have to explain.
If a product irritated your skin or arrived faulty, we will take it back opened. Tell us what happened when you raise the return.
We cannot accept an opened product simply because you changed your mind — it cannot be resold, and reselling it would not be fair to the next person.
Photograph the parcel and the product and send them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery, and we will not ask you to send it back first.
Email hello@aurelynbeauty.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will arrange the pickup.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the product reaching us. For cash-on-delivery orders we will ask for a bank account or UPI ID.
